- Credit or Debit card. This is so the payment of the hire charge to be taken and for your vehicle to be reserved.

A standard full UK/ EU licence allows you to drive up to 3.5 ton vehicles. This is anything in between our smallest vehicles and largest vehicles available.
Anything in between the ages of 25-74 years of age.
Unfortunately not, our insurance does not cover you for any vehicles driven outside of the United Kingdom.
The deposit varies from £500-£750 depending on the size of the vehicle you are hiring.
As your deposit is only a pre-authorisation, the funds are only frozen and not taken out of your bank account. The process takes between 4-10 working days for your bank make the funds available to you again.
The insurance excess is £750 in the event of a claim on any of our vehicles. There is an option to reduce your insurance excess to £350 at charge of £9 per day.
By credit or debit card. We accept all major credit or debit card providers apart from American Express.
We have no hidden extras and our price includes, fully comprehensive insurance, nationwide breakdown cover & 100 miles per day mileage allowance.
Our insurance policy allows for drivers to have up to 6 points on their licence, dependant on the conviction codes applied to the licence. We can potentially insure a customer with more than 6 points on their licence, but please make sure you call us in advance to clarify this.
Please make sure you contact us as soon as possible if in the event you are running late to return the vehicle. We can then advise you if there will be any additional charges for the vehicle being returned late.
If you wish to return the vehicle early, this is at your own discretion. Unfortunately our company policy states that we would not refund you any money back for the vehicle being returned to us at an earlier time.
Any cancellation requests are non refundable but you do have the option of being able to change the hire date or be issued with credit for your next hire with us!
If a PCN is issued to a customer, we would transfer the liability onto the individual who had hired the vehicle and for the individual to then have the option of either appeal the PCN or make payment. An administration fee would also be charged by ourselves for transferring the liability onto the hirers name.
Unfortunately we do not offer an out of hours drop off service as our carpark and premises is all closed outside of working hours. Vehicles must be dropped off during our opening/ drop off times.
All of our vehicles are diesel. We ask for you to return the vehicle with the same amount of diesel that you had found it with. If for whatever reason you were unable to put fuel in the vehicle, we will charge you for the amount you had used on your return.
It is highly unlikely that your vehicle will break down as our workshop frequently services all of our vans. If in the event the vehicle does break down or you were involved in an accident we have full Nationwide breakdown coverage to assist you with any issues and tow the vehicle back to our premises.
Unfortunately not, none of our vehicles are equipped with tow bars.
